2 Blocked Arteries, 1 Bypass?
| June 10, 2009 | Posted by HTBP under How to Bypass |
If a patient has 2 blocked arteries (without specifics on them right now), and the doctor performed only 1 bypass, what would be the reasons for this? Why not 2 bypasses?
Since you have not included the results of your coronary angiogram my guess is that the disease in one of your arteries was so distal(distant) that they are not able to bypass it as there is no where to attatch the graft to. If I could some how draw it for you I would so I can only hope you understand me
