Hi Swanton,
This is Mike from the Norton Authorized Support Team responding to your question. The settings for the Norton Firewall vary depending on which product you have installed.
If you are using Norton Internet Security 2008, please follow these steps to unblock a program.
1. Launch Norton Internet Security 2008.
2. Click on the Norton Internet Security tab at the top of the window.
3. Click the arrow next to "Settings" to expand it's options. Click the arrow next to 'Web Browsing," click on "Personal Firewall," and then choose "Configure."
4. On the left side of the window choose "Program Control." Navigate to the application that you wish to unblock and under "Access" choose "Allow. Click the "Apply" button.
If you are using Norton 360 version 1, please follow these steps to unblock a program.
1. Launch Norton 360.
2. Click on the "Tasks and Settings" link at the top of the window, and then click on "Change Advanced Settings."
3. Click on "Firewall protection Settings," and then click on the "Firewall Program Rules" tab at the top of the window.
4. On the left side of the window choose "Program Control." Navigate to the application that you wish to unblock and under "Access" choose "Allow." Click the "Apply" button, and then the 'Close" button.
If you are using Norton 360 2.0, please follow these steps to unblock a program.
1. Launch Norton 360 2.0.
2. Click on the "Settings" link at the top of the window.
3. Click on "Firewall Protection."
4. Click on the "Program Rules" tab at the top of the window.
5. Navigate down to the application that you want to unblock and under "Access" choose "Allow." Then click the "Close" button.
Thank you,

Somewhere in your Norton Options or Tools there is a list of blocked sites and an option to remove it from the list. ( All 'blockers' have this list. ) Since I don't use Norton I can't help with exactly where.
