AFAIK, if you use Windows XP, it can create windows startup disk. The windows startup disk can be used to bypass administrative password.
Other than that, you may be need the use of keylogger, and secretly installed that program onto the administrator’s computer when he’s gone. But that’s dirty, you know. =)
Oh yes, you can also use password hacking generator that can generate password to connect to the targetted computer from another computer that connected to the LAN. But this only can be done if the computer is also connected to the LAN only. If it isn’t (no internet / LAN connection) then you are screwed. =)

If it is your home pc there are hacking tools, but you should already be an admin. If it is a business computer there are restrictions setup for a reason. Why are you looking to get around it?
