My boyfriend went on limewire sunday and now my computer has problems switching it on and doing a virus check. Everytime i attempt to do a virus check it freezes up or comes up with a bogus driver bad pool header and kernal mode trap. I just wondering how to stop this from happening or as virus check that bypass this situation. I got search and destroyed and superantispyware but this problems having on both.

Limewire is a bad awfull site wich i recommend your freind doesn’t use. Especcialy on your PC. All i can surguest is downloading AVG 8.0 witch i find a great Anti- Virus. Try running virus scans with that. If not contact a Computer Repair Company.

I had a problem like this before there is one very simple answear GET RID OF LIMEWIRE it does ur computer no good since i got rid of it my computer is 3 4 times quicker

limewire is riddled with virus and other things, try starting it up in safe mode then do scans

use a program like free avast and set it for a boot time scan, it will kill the virus before it can start up
