How Can I Block And Unblock A Website From My Computer?

My dad doesn't want my sister to have a myspace, but she kept begging him to let her get one.So he blocked the website.I was just wandering how can you do that? I didn't even know that you could do such a thing
Well, you have to know how to get to the blocking program, then you can change the settings. If you look around in the "my Computer" section, the "Local disc C" should have "Program Files" in it. Then you can find the file that is the blocking program's settings. And if you don't wan't to change it, don't bother...
Unless you got admin privileges, you can not change settings by your dad.
That is what parental control is all about, you have to convince your dad why you need to access certain sites.
