Question by Robin: How can I cancel pending Store Editor requests that block my store editor?
I was working on my Yahoo store when I tried uploading an image. This took too long, so I tried it again and again. Now I am getting an error message saying that my Store Editor already has more than 5 pending requests. This has been blocking my Editor for the past three hours. Is there a way that I can cancel these requests? I cannot find anywhere how to contact Customer Service for Yahoo. Please help.

Step 1 – customer service phone number can be found at smallbusiness.yahoo.com. Use the contact form and you will be presented with the phone number on the thank you page of the form.
Step 2 – ask tech support to “unlock” your editor. They’ll know exactly what you mean.
Step 3 – To avoid this in the future, do not “jam” the store by trying to multiple-task or by getting impatient and clicking a button several times while the store is trying to execute a command.
