   Need more details, first of all if this is a home network your router shouldn't be blocking websites.

   Press the reset button on the back of the router for 15 seconds. That will reset EVERYTHING and remove any blocks that are on the router.
   ~
   It will also remove any setup info that maybe required for your computer to connect to the Internet so be prepared to run the setup again.

   Ask the person who blocked the site to unblock it
