I know there is a way to but i forgot. There is a site that like redirects you but i forgot the name.
the best solution by far would be to make an SSH Tunnel. google it tons of tutorials.
Theres million of proxys(the website your talking about) but they get blocked faster than they come out so theres no sure website to use you have to try lots of them i can give you some but they proably dont work anymore even if they barely came out
