So I deleted files from my computer and it somehow bypassed the recycling bin. I tried going to restore, but it won’t restore past the specific time that it saved. How do I change the the time prior to the time that was saved?

You can purchase some data recovery software that **may** be able to recovery the file. No guarantee – have you emptied the Recycle bin or created many new files since you deleted the ones you wish to recover?
I have used EASEUS Data Recovery Wizard in the past and I had some mixed results. Best recovery was off a dying USB drive.
