I purchased something from ebay and I never got an email from the company with a tracking # or saying when it would be sent. I called and a man said I needed to unblock them, cuz yahoo was prolly marking their messages as spam and not allowing me to view them. I added the company to my contacts and I have yet to receive a message. PLZ HELP!

Always look in your Bulk Mail Folder for confirmation emails like that. If the address isn’t in your addressbook, that’s often where they go, so look there first. I don’t think they get blocked. But you can easily UNblock. Go to your “Options” from your mail. Then to “Block Address”. That’ll bring up the list of blocked addresses. If the address you’re looking for is there, click on it, then click on the button that says “Remove Block”.
If you don’t find the address on the blocked list, and don’t find the email you’re looking for in the Bulk Mail folder, it’s possible Yahoo already emptied that folder and you’d have to contact eBay to resend. Good Luck!
Add them to your address list, go to mail options, and click on Blocked Addresses, then remove it from your list. You may also want to send them a message as well. Not sure if Yahoo has that feature which allows incoming mail to those addresses you send to.
