If the address isn't in your addressbook, that's often where they go, so look there first. I don't think they get blocked. But you can easily UNblock. Go to your "Options" from your mail. Then to "Block Address". That'll bring up the list of blocked addresses. If the address you're looking for is there, click on it, then click on the button that says "Remove Block". If you don't find the address on the blocked list, and don't find the email you're looking for in the Bulk Mail folder, it's possible Yahoo already emptied that folder and you'd have to contact eBay to resend.
