  1. If it is going into your spam folder open one and click on Not Spam.
    Or
    Go to “Options” It is above your email
    Click on “Mail Options”
    Click on “Blocked Addresses”
    Click on the Address you want to remove block
    Click on “Remove Block”
    This should remove the block and allow it to start coming into your inbox. Hope this helps!!!

  2. i would go to your e-mail. go to options and then to junk mail. there you should have the choice to fix it. or you can wait till you see it in your junk folder and then hit the button ‘not junkmail’. also you could go the certain address and try to fix it there. it all depends on what you have.
