Use torproject which works in firefox and is able to download large number of files you can download torproject from here: http://www.torproject.org it is freeware (full ver.)

go into the router settings and change it ?
if it isn't password protected then in the IE browser type 192.168.0.1
this takes you to the router settings
it will ask for a password, just hit enter
if not protected, you are in

You should use a web-base proxy to encrypt the url so the dlink router will not detect while you are visiting or downloading something from websites that blocked.
