go to your messenger top bar click on messenger and scroll and click on preferences.
In the preferences panel scroll to ignore list and click there, in the right panel now you will see a window with a list of Id’s or s/names.
Find the ID or Id’s you want to unblock. highlight one by one, when you highlight an ID in the farther right you will see a rectangle that says remove. click on that. now that person can contact you again.
When your done exit panel.
