In the preferences panel scroll to ignore list and click there, in the right panel now you will see a window with a list of Id's or s/names. Find the ID or Id's you want to unblock. highlight one by one, when you highlight an ID in the farther right you will see a rectangle that says remove. click on that. now that person can contact you again.
