How To Bypass The Pass Word Screen.?

Hi..I forgot the password to my computer and I was the only one who had access to it. does any one know how to bypass the password screen..I try to set up the Bios but I still need a password?..thank you.
There should be an override pin somewhere in your motherboard. Switch the setting for it and boot your computer with the changed pin setting, and reset the password.
