How To Bypass The Region Block From Website?

Well i was trying to watch this video on a site but it say
"Sorry, this video is not available in your region... "
I remember bypassing this by using Firefox before, but i forgot and i can't seem to find the site i found the info from.
Do you guys know how to do it or the site that will tell me how to? I know there's program that i can use, but i don't want to have a program junking my computer when i already have Firefox that can do the job
But if it turns out that Firefox isn't working then tell me the best program you know.
