   Think she means Unlock a sim card, and I have no idea but I think shops do this for like a tenner at markets and things

   Have to agree with Maryann, you need to unlock it with the PUK number. Usually they give it to you with your sim, but if you attempted and used up all the tries.... you have locked it...there is no way to unlock the sim. You will need to buy a replacement sim.

   unfournatly, usually if your sim is blocked, you need a new sim card but you may want to call your service provider and see if they can offer you any help such as a puk code to unlock it.

   if its asking for the PUK code call your providers customer care to get the code. If you have ATT it is available on the website.
   If you kept entering PUK codes and its showing sim blocked ... your going to need to buy a new sim and you have lost all your info on that blocked sim. Once they are blocked there is no way to unblock them.

   is this a SIMS as in the computer game question? cause otherwize i have NOO idea wat ur talkin about....
