How To Unblock A Website With 2wire Gateway?

My brother is the only one in our family that knows anything about our wireless network. Yesterday we got in a fight so he blocked every website I ever go to. Whenever i try to go on it says
404- Not Found
and the URL it has is
http://gateway.2wire.net/access/site_blocked.html?NODEID=1&APP=CS
Does anyone know how I can unblock my websites.
