   your computer is infected with virus
   I havefound an Antivirus which scan can computer without loading Windows or you can say a bootable antivirus that can delete any virus just boot your computer from that avast cd put the password as adminadmin and scan whole computer and you will see all virus.
   when scan finished delete them all.!!!!!!!!
   restart ur computer and create a new user account and ur whole new system is back.
