I Cannot Log Into My Computer?

More information was requested as to why I can´t log into my computer, here it is,
When I switch on the computer it go´s to the user page. I have tried to login using all the family names but the result is the same, as soon as I login it immeadiately logs out, ie, it loads my settings and then within 2 seconds it says saving your settings and I am back on the login section.
I have tried hitting F8 and loading in safe mode, but the result is the same. If there is no solution to bypass this virus, how do I delete everything from the hard disc and start again?
Some things you can try:
a)Try to insert your windows cd and if you have xp choose repair
b)Try to reinstall your windows on top, just enter the cd follow the installation procedure but never prompt for formatting(you can choose the same folder to install windows). What will happen normally is that all windows files will be reinstalled and installed programs or data will not be affected.
c)Have your hard drive checked for viruses from another PC. Take the hard drive out and install it to another PC
d)Enter a live linux cd. This a cd that runs the linux operating system without installing it. Then you can acces your hard drive and save maybe precious data for you.
e)Format it I cannot think of something else. I don't think formatting is a good solution or even a solution but if there is no other way.

unless you have a cd o/s you will need partition magic or some other software you could try to format c in your propertys.
f8 and restore ?or recovery f10.
(in some case) try to log on using user name administrator that is built in account of windows xp or try to repair ur windows xp using bootable disk
u shud made a rescu disk
first step:
when u switch on the pc it go's to the user page or something written that user name and password on user name u simply type "administrator" then press enter if window donot logon then try second step
second step:
second obtion is that if u create any user account in ur pc type on user name and password.
third step:
if window donot logon then u have obtion only format if u doesnt want to lose data then first attact ur hard disk to pc and abtain ur data and then format
