I Have A Dell Computer Printer Number 962?

I got new wimdows and now I cant bypass the pop up window that says no color cartridge. i used to just click on continue and i could print in black. anyone know how I can get it to go ahead and print with only the black ink no carrtridge in the right side
This is sometimes hard to do, not all printers today will let you do that, just get a colour cartridge for it and that would solve that, good luck.
go to dell web support site and ask Dell geeks for the answer to your question. you may need the dell printer driver for Vista
