seems you connect true a proxy ???
Check that by going to Tools Internet options Connections Lan settings and there make the proxy part blank..
If that was already blank then i'm sorry not can help you

Um... i dont know where to start...
If you have IE click on the globe on the bottom bar (Status bar)
Click on Enable protected mode if it is already checked. Close the browser and try again.
