its a DELL computer with Windows XP as soon as i turn it on it shows the Dell logo but you can’t enter Safe mode there because right after that you need to type in an Extra security pass word that he put on there please help

Unless you know how to resest the BIOS password, then you can probably forget about it. There is usually a jumper on the motherboard that will allow you to reset it, but if its a laptop this may be difficult to find. Not all mobo’s have this.

Ask the owner of the machine. It is unethical to hack into someone’s machine without permission.
