   Right click the file and select 'open with' then the prog youu want to use - this can be set as the default for that file type.

   click on propertiesd on the rar file, and change the default opening program back to winrar

   try to clean up your computer with Kaspersky

   In winRar there might be an option to associate with this filetype, otherwise right click and use open with - then check the box that asks if you want to make this the default for that filetype
