   Before doing the following I assume that the macerator tries to empty. Therefore the fuse and supply is good and the pump is therefore also good.
   1 Switch off the electric and put on rubber gloves.
   2 Remove the lid
   3 Look inside the macerator, there is a basket, check that there is nothing inside it.
   4 If it it free of all obstructions, then check there is nothing outside of the basket.
   5 If everything is clear inside the macerator then assume the pipe outflow is blocked.
   6 If all the above does not help email me!

   You will have to remove it from the floor and turn it upside down if you can not see the obstruction from the botom

   Grab him by the ankles or by the ears. It all depends on the direction he was flushed.
