Security Bypass For Bluetooth Phone?

I have usb bluetooth adapters in my computers, and I paired them with my phone. I'm using IVT BlueSoleil's Bluetooth file transfer service, and I want to be able to a)delete files in pre existing directories and b)create new directories. Every time I try to do either is says "Access Denied!". It is however letting me transfer copies of files between devices. How can I bypass or disable the security keeping me from doing this?
