Ive set up a block on my phone to stop me from calling mobiles. But i have no idea how to unblock it!

Hi, my ISP blocks the NAT port and torrents. Is there any way to bypass it to play online multiplayer games and download torrents?
Ok, here’s the deal. My dad blocked a bunch of things from my computer using the K9 restriction. It really sucks because he blocked anything under the Adult/Mature content area. This is honestly nothing about visiting “adult sites” but it’s about visiting sites for things such as my Humanities class, my western ltierature class, and things like that. it’s such a hassle to just ask him to unblock it because he always asks me why and I have to explain to him in detail why I want it. Also! Some games i like to play are on media share sites, which are also blocked. And other things like P2P are blocked as well.
I would just like to know if anyone knows how to bypass it. Thanks in Advance!
My daughter has become obsessed with Myspace and Facebook. She has to use her computer for her homework, so taking away the computer is not an option. I will unblock myspace and facebook as soon as she can prove to me that she can keep her grades up and and use the websites. Does anyone know of a way to block these websites on her computer. She has Windows Vista. We have tried to edit the host file, but it will not let me save it after editing. I do use the parental controls provided to block the sites, however she has found a way to bypass that as well. I have also blocked the websites in her internet options. Somehow she is bypassing these. Never underestimate the will of a teenager.

I remember bypassing this by using Firefox before, but i forgot and i can’t seem to find the site i found the info from.
Do you guys know how to do it or the site that will tell me how to? I know there’s program that i can use, but i don’t want to have a program junking my computer when i already have Firefox that can do the job 
But if it turns out that Firefox isn’t working then tell me the best program you know.

Hi, I need help.My school this year set up a block for a user. They have all the users on their screen. Everything on what they are doing at the moment. If they see someone playing games, they click a button and cause the user’s screen to go black and have “eyes to the front please”. Whne this happens your screen locks and you have to turn your computer off for you to be able to use the computer again. Is there any way to bypass this. I know playing games is not the right thing to do at school but i want to. I get bored…
