You have to have the password to unblock the parental control. Someone set the control so no one can go into certain websites. Hope this is helpful!

I was wondering if anyone knew how to bypass "Fortinet" Web Filter. My College Has This Installed And Is Restricting My Access.

What websites can I use to unblock all or most sites?

I have tried the proxies you provided and also lots more and they all come up saying - Website Filter Violation.

Any other ideas?

I successfully downloaded Skype from "avi" to my Nokia E52, but Skype service is blocked in my place. Is there any "VPN software" i can install in Nokia E52 to unblock "Skype". I do have "Vbuzzer" software on my laptop, and i use it perfectly to unblock "Skype", but don't know how to download to Nokia E52. Any suggestion

I just limewired a game, checked it with bitzi, it's clean, and a friend downloaded the same game from limewire, from the same host. But when I try to unzip the file, the computer says it is blocking the file for safety reasons. Then it says:

If you are certain that you trust this file and want to open it, follow the instructions below.

Save the file onto your computer.
Click Start, click My Computer, and navigate to the file that you saved.
Right-click the file that you saved, and then click Properties.
Click Unblock near the bottom of the dialog box.

Well, I saved it, found the file where I had saved it, right clicked, went to properties, it said nothing about "Unblock" near the bottom of the dialog box.

Is there a way to disable this from blocking files like this at all, or to open the files an alternate way, or did I do something wrong?

Photo album images blocked in groups while checking out what tabs did. How do I reset to allow images to reappear? I can't find an "unblock" tab.
I guess a better term instead of tab would be dropdown menu. I didn't really like the image the group was using and saw that an option was available to remove it from my Groups listing when I right clicked on it. It said to block the image, so I did, and that is when I found that it not only blocked the group image, but all images on my group page.

I don't think there's a block tab to begin with. members have these options to view
Thumbnail| List | View All Photos
owners have options to Check all- Clear all to delete all and if that's what happened, it'd effect that group and delete is final

iv had this problem happen b4 and all i did was dleat the Pierson from my friends and then re request them
this was like a year ago for me so idk if it will work now

I'm up to 500 blocked addresses and am now receiving multiple emails daily that I would like to prevent. Is there a way to do this without "unblocking" some to relieve the space issues?

There`s no way to increase the 500. After a week or so the addresses of Spam senders are rarely if ever used.

I am trying to unzip a compressed folder, but when I get to the wizard and click "next" to start unzipping, a window pops up saying its blocked since its not a trusted site. I followed the directions for unblocking it (going to the folders properties and clicking "unblock") but it still won't work! I've also tried temporarily disabling some of my security settings but to no avail- I need this file! What do I do?

A long time ago I blocked a person that I now wish to unblock. However, I have forgotten how to access the "Block/Unblock" part of the email and need to know step by step how to get into, then unblock my friend. Thanks.

1. Click on "Options", Mail Options in the upper right of your Yahoo mail page.
2. Click the Spam button in the left navigation bar.
3. Scroll down to "Blocked Email Addresses". Highlight the name (s) you want back in your in-box and click "Remove."
4. Go to the top left of this window and click the "Save Changes" icon.

I downloaded some zip files, but when I try to extract them, I get a message: "Windows has blocked access to these files to help protect your computer". As help menu explained, I went to zip folder properties and clicked "unblock". However, when I try to extract the files, I get the same message again. How can I open them?!

PS - zip files are from a trustworthy source (my work).
