I installed the anti-virus software on my computer last night, and it told me i needed to restart my computer, which i did. it installed 28 updates, and has been stuck in a cycle saying "configuring updates: stage 3 of 3" for the past 12 hours. It keeps giving me this screen, then shutsdown and… Get Answer...
