how to un-block a number that appears on your phone, when the person has called you and blocked it on purpose. i really need help.

I got new wimdows and now I cant bypass the pop up window that says no color cartridge. i used to just click on continue and i could print in black. anyone know how I can get it to go ahead and print with only the black ink no carrtridge in the right side
People call by using *67 to block a number but how do you unblock it if people are using a private number on you!
Ok well i have the samsung gravity blah blah anyway so im trying to unblock a number i blocked before but i cant find on t mobile where im supposed to do that i signed in and everything but i dont know where to find it plus they changed the way the website looks so it made it even harder. there is this boy that i am talking to as friends and my mom didnt like the idea of it so she blocked his number. and i have been begging her to unblock it but she is being stupid and wont listen to me that we are just friends. how can i hack into her verizon account to unblock is number so we can start being friends and talking again?
Whenever I call someone from my house phone, it shows up private on the receiving callers’ phone. I do I get my house phone to not show up private and just show the normal number?
I am getting a call just about every night arround 11 pm that says blocked id, or unavibale, and they just stay on the phone, and dont say anything… is their any software or sompthing that I can do that can get me too see who is calling?! thanks
i have mistakenly blocked 2 important numbers on my phone, tried unblocking one by deleting it in the settings of messages but still will not recieve text from it. i dont know what to do with both numbers now which are important help!
My ex girlfriend and I are still very good friends and talk all the time. But this past weekend a friend of my ex, that is crushing on her, got a hold of her phone and Blocked my number. 
….It didn’t take long for us to realize what happened and now i have to use my roommates phone to talk to each other. ….So we were wondering how we can Unlock my phone # on her Verizon phone?
