Hello is there a anonymous proxy program that i dont have to install so i can go on hotmail .ect on the computers in college, or is there maybe a portable browser that would bypass the filter ?

Sorry, I know, I asked this kind of question yesterday. But I didn’t get the answer.
So, here’s the deal. (Please keep reading)
“Internet Explorer 6.0
1. On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options, click the Connections tab, and then click LAN Settings.
2. Under Proxy server, click to select the Use a proxy server for your LAN check box.
3. In the Address box, type the IP address of the proxy server.
4. In the Port box, type the port number that is used by the proxy server for client connections (by default, 8080).
5. You can click to select the Bypass proxy server for local addresses check box if you do not want the proxy server computer to be used when you connect to a computer on the local network (this may speed up performance).
6. Click OK to close the LAN Settings dialog box.
7. Click OK again to close the Internet Options dialog box.”
I followed the steps all above the list here. I got confused at the step #5. What is a PORT? Where/how do I get a PORT? I’m sorry, but I just don’t know what they are. I tries to figure out but still lost. Please explain me? 
I need to know what’s PORT is so I can filled and follow all the 7 steps.

except for gpass.. would someone give me an idea to bypass our server.im only a limited user with deepfreeze installed, i cant even reprogram my computer. we’re using computer in a domain. everytime i open internet this security setting appeared “please type the user name and password that you use for WATCHGUARD FIREBOX local user. i got no local user in that watchguard firebox..is there anyway i can use internet?other proxies?
