I do not want my children accessing MySpace because when they had accounts they were getting in trouble so I blocked MySpace on my Linksys wireless network’s control panel. I use MySpace to connect with my friends and I have to use those “proxy” sites. Is there anyway that I can make MY computer unblock MySpace and all the other computers in my house blocked? I was going to block it on their computers, but they pull the “I paid for my computer you can’t touch it.” card. So I don’t touch their computers.
PLEASE HELP ME!?!?!

So, I work at a store and where I work, there’s a computer. My job is very boring and involves about 6 hours of standing around doing absolutely nothing. The computer has Symantec Web Security to block web access, which really sucks. However, I’ve found out that I have e-mail access, so I can e-mail files and access them on that computer. Now I want to know if there’s anything I can get that bypasses SWS?
Serious answers only, no “WHY DON’T YOU DO UR JOB LOLOLOLOL?” The answer to that: I work a 9 hour day and I finish everything I have to do within the first hour. The only other part of my job is to be the cashier there, but I only get like 30 customers which adds about… 15 minutes of total work time.
Ok, here’s the deal. My dad blocked a bunch of things from my computer using the K9 restriction. It really sucks because he blocked anything under the Adult/Mature content area. This is honestly nothing about visiting “adult sites” but it’s about visiting sites for things such as my Humanities class, my western ltierature class, and things like that. it’s such a hassle to just ask him to unblock it because he always asks me why and I have to explain to him in detail why I want it. Also! Some games i like to play are on media share sites, which are also blocked. And other things like P2P are blocked as well.
I would just like to know if anyone knows how to bypass it. Thanks in Advance!
last year i got a nasty spyware infection so i went out and bought Norton 360 ( big mistake, i think it sucks ) so i called the ” Symantec ” customer support line and told them my problem, they asked for email address and said they would ” take control of my computer ” and remove the infection manually, i declined it after they said would cost $40 to do it.
but it got me to thinking…..
if an absolute computer expert has my email address can they take charge of my pc just like that?
kinda frightening to say the least, how can just that little bit of info allow someone to bypass all of my security measures?
info please!
I have always been interested in small tricks with computers, and my school’s security system has always provided a starting-point for questions. Before I continue, I am not trying to do anything potentially harmful to my school’s computers, but rather simply explore possibilities for creativity. Again, I am *not* trying to be detrimental to my own or others learning experiences. My question is; Is there any way to simply hide or mask a computer from another? My school uses SynchronEyes to monitor all of the computers, and I do know of ways to shut down the program itself (via run command, batch files, etc) and prevent its reopening, however I do not wish to force more work on the security admin of my school. What I thought could be a possible solution is to somehow display a screen-shot of my computer’s desktop to the SynchronEyes server. If it happens to make a difference, my school uses the Barracuda web filter system (which can be bypassed by using google translate as a proxy; english to english). Thanks ahead in advance!
I took it to the dealer they said I had to go through the car computer. At the least a wiring daigram before its thrown away
Ive made a silly mistake and ive blocked most sites im unable to surf any sites appart from and other silly sites….help how do you unblock thanks.
My Computer wont let me go to some web sites because it says it has bad content in it. It wont let me watch some vids on youtube. Anyway to bypass?
I have usb bluetooth adapters in my computers, and I paired them with my phone. I’m using IVT BlueSoleil’s Bluetooth file transfer service, and I want to be able to a)delete files in pre existing directories and b)create new directories. Every time I try to do either is says “Access Denied!”. It is however letting me transfer copies of files between devices. How can I bypass or disable the security keeping me from doing this?
*dont say ”ur a bad kid for messing with the school computers” please
i dont do anything bad i just do it to see if i can

i have tried web based proxies and the computer blocks them
NOTE* i CAN get command prompt for a very limited time here
