I got my computer hacked by someone who DIDNT know my passwords, my e mail passwords were aqquired, and they went through and deleted alot of important e mails that I needed, I have firewalls in place but they still got into my computer, they even got past my windows start-up passwords, when I found out who it was they told me that there is a programme that can get past the windows start-up passwords, and programms that can aqquire e mail passwords within a computer (and it wasnt messen pass that they used), does anyone know what that hacking programme is and how I can take all preventive measures to make sure that they cannot get past the windows start-up passwords, I have changed the passwords CONSTANTLY , yet they still can get into my computer by bypassing that start-up password, and its getting annoying, where are my e mail passwords stored on my computer and how can I protect them
