I need to bypass the system requirement to use my university’s internet through its proxy. It requires me to update but I only end up wasting 3 hours to update and the computer reverts the changes at the end for some reason all the time. Can’t install this update please HELP!

How Do I Bypass Parental Controls Without Hacking Inot Administrator Account On Windows Vista Or Xp?
I need to figure out how to bypass parental controls on windows vista or xp since my older brother placed restrictions on my account for two of our computers. I cannot read email, or go to some very basic websites since the controls are set to their maximum setting. Thus, I must find a way to get around this without letting him know, because if he does he might find a way to counter it. Also i don’t intend on hacking into his account either or changing his password. so help me out
when i installed it, the security system asked that this program is trying to connect other computers so i blocked it ,,,

Hi, Yesterday I was infected with Antivirus 08 XP and thankfully I had malwarebytes and it was destroyed. I also manage to manually go into my program files and delete the folder before the malwarebytes. This was not done under safe mode. Now today, when I was on ebay, youtube. Antirivus Vista popped up! There was this webpage that popped up! Before it had the chance to load, it said something Vista antivirus thing. So I immediately closed all applications and exit out. Right now, I have malewarebytes scanning my computer.
So how does antivirus 08 xp and vista get onto my computer? I have an xp by the way.
I have my firewall on, spybot search and destroy, AVG, Adaware, CCleaner malewarebytes and a-square Anti-maleware. Obvious this stupid Antivirus 08 xp and vista is really sneaky to bypass all of this sh*t!
Ok, my freak of a mother so called “grounded” me without much of a cause, when I left my house she logged into my computer in my room and set extremely high Parental Controls on it, and she changed the administrator password and removed my passwords, At various set times when I get to the login screen after booting up I click on my picture, however a “X” Pops up and says “Yadda Yadda restricted Yadda Yadda” and I can’t get onto the admin’s account, any way to bypass/defeat or remove these ParCon’s?
I have a Gateway Laptop.
It uses an Intel video card. (Intel Mobile 945GM).
The original version of the driver had tons of bugs – most games froze almost immediately.
The 2007 version of the driver had less bugs but still sucked.
Intel has since released two versions of the driver in 2008, but they’re only available on Intel’s site. When trying to install them, I get the message “The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from this computer’s manufacturer. Setup will exit.”
Does anyone know how to bypass this?
The manufacturer (Gateway) does not have the latest version of the driver.
I just bought my first laptop computer. It is Windows VISTA and comes with the music feature. I can only store songs from other music services correct? This feature does not bypass the $.99 per song (or whatever charge) from other music services. Can i burn songs onto CDs with the Windows Vista Music? What does this feature do?
